Hey PA,

Just wanted to say thanks for another great batch or rock. My first order 7 months ago was 70# of Marshall for my 75 gallon...it was awesome.

This time around I plumbed a 36 corner tank into my existing reef and went with 40# of Fiji. The picture doesn't really do it justice, there are a couple of great arches and lots of nooks and crannies all over it.

I have not added sand yet. This will be a very shallow bed as my DSB is in a fuge down below, so I will have a cool ledge all below that big center rock. This was just the perfect rock for my little corner tank!

Thanks again!

Wanted to post an updated photo of my 40# of cured fiji in a 36 gallon corner tank. My camera is kind of junky so these photos are just so-so. I am not sure I am doing Jeremy any favors here since the pics are kind of weak. But being a satisfied customer I wanted to share anyway.

I added the sand and had a tiny algae bloom on the glass that is already dying off, thus the brown nasty glass on the left side. I like to just let that stuff fall off on its own which is how I know my nutrients are in check.

The cured rock was true to its name, no ammonia spike and just a bit of phospate and nitrate. I was plumbing the 36 corner tank into an existing reef so I kept the new 36 gallon tank "off line" from the main system for a couple of weeks to ensure I wouldn't have any water quality problems to contend with. I didn't and the reefs are now plumbed together.

I am starting to see some good maroon and pink coralline coming back out after just two weeks.

Once again I just wanted to express my pleasure with PA and the rock I got from them. It was half the price as I would pay locally and the shapes were 10 times nicer than anything here.

Thanks PA!
