Thanks for a great meeting Ebay!

Keep us updated, Norman. :D

You should experiment with your boa and your cat and see what happens. :D

You guys will never believe how much Amanda has taken to the snake it is in her room and she has claimed it as hers I can not remember what type of snake it is but Sean can chime in on that but we will have to look up more on the care of it. I also may have a small snake that we caught in the garage and by they way we were told to see if it is poisonous it looks safe as the eyes are round. I have some pics I will have to post.

I CAN"T BELIVE you went snake shopping Norman!! How about a pair of Turtles ;).

We had a baby bearded dragon and he was cool but they need a pretty big home as adults so keep that in mine. And they are not near as cuddely as adults as the cute babies are or snakes. What! Cuddely and snake in the same line? But you know what I mean ;).

And yes, I know cuddley is mispelled buy my computer doesn't have spell check or at least I can't get it to work. You can always tell who's computer I happen to be on for the night depending on if my spelling dramatically improves or is real bad  !! Cory's laptop flags the bad words as I write them which is pretty cool.

Missed out on another great meeting.... :/
I'm not a fan of snakes, I can stand lizards, spiders, bugs, frogs, etc. I just can't stand snakes... I used to have them killed for coming into my yard up north cause I won't go outside if they're near by... I end up getting some geese to keep them out.... Petco had a baby corn snake running on the floor once and I freaked out, almost walked on him when he hissed and tried to attack....lol...

Sorry Matt! We totally hijacked your thread, bro! :D Did you end up keeping that rock or going with something else?

Brandon

Hey, no problem to me, interesting thread!

I did keep that rock, suprisingly, I think some things lived on it, or it rebounded very quickly! I'm going to be setting up a new tank soon, and at least part of this rock will be going into the new tank to seed new marco, and probably the rest into the sump.

Thanks again!
Matt

Can someone verify the coral that was fragged out @ the meeting? I recall it being a blasto (it's not a micro, right?), but don't know more than that. I'm not even sure if there is a classification scheme in place for blastos like there is micros, just wanna make sure I know it was.

Thanks!

since it was bein' discussed in this thread, figured I'd give an update on the eggs....

They started hatching July 7th. They was piping (sticking their heads out of the shells). When I came in from the poison concert this morning around 2:00 a.m. there was 4 babies out. I have one pastel (like mother) and 3 normal corns. The normals are pretty cool. Kind of a maroon and gray color with orange circles. There are 6 more with just their heads sticking out and I figure they will probably come out tonight. 1 egg hasn't started yet, hopefully it will hatch too. I'll try and get pics this evening...

Awesome Steve! You should start a new thread. And stay away from Poison... spandex can be lethal, you know. It has also been known to cause sterility. :p

I never miss a Poison show. Always fun.

I just checked on the eggs and it looks like there might be two Anery (sp?). They look black with gray. Might be pastels though. Can't really tell. I have to keep them in the box until they shed then I can move em out and start the feeding. I won't get rid of any until I know they are gonna eat.

Once they shed and I move them, I will take pics and start a new thread. I don't wanna disturb the ones still in their shells.
