Thursday afternoon just after lunch I called BlueZoo and inquired about having a very difficult to find reef fish (Australian Scott's Fairy Wrasse) sent that evening for a Friday delivery. Thanks for taking the simple extra step of calling your warehouse and making a determination that there was time to get the fish shipped.
I know you typically have a 7:00 a.m. cut-off but we really wanted this one and you provided a simple, yet forgotten term, customer service.
Less than 20 hrs later here he is.
