Purchased a frag from Eric at the FFM. For whatever the reason, the Zoa melted within a few days. Eric happened to call to see how the frag was doing and I told him the story. Within 2 days he replaced the frag and threw in another for my troubles. Needless to say, that's a person you want to do business with.
