For the great packaging and top notch livestock. I was surprised to see my order ship with record lows in the northeast but I opened the box and the water wasn't cold at all. Everything made it fine. A gorgeous yellow tang, a voracious lawnmower, some snails, and a few chromis. Really spiced up the reef, my hair algae is half gone, and the family is really enjoying them. Just wanted to say thanks for the nice livestock and everyone made it.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that I drip acclimated everything for four hours and they didn't seem stressed at all.

I was suprised too with the top notch packaging. The water wastn cold at all. It was regular temp. All my bags were sealed over like 3-4 times. Very professional.
