As usual, Jason Frey provides the best customer service on the net. This is why I continue to spend my money there. I had issues with multiple ballasts not firing HQI bulbs properly, and they shipped me replacements within two days, twice, at their expense, until I had enough of that one particular manufacturer's product not working like it should, and finally swapped it out for a PFO.
