I have been working on this tank for several months and i figured it would be nice to document some of the progress I have made.

Here is what the tank started as.

New stand.

New light.

Returns replumbed.

New sump.

Plumbing redone added manifold to run GFO, carbon, and an.algae turf scrubber.

Ok I bought a new camera, I will try to learn to take better pics. But here is a little playing around.

Bad idea running clear hoses when using a ATS, it will grow algea inside the lines.

Yep thats why they were changed before the ATS went in. But the ATS is no more as I did not like the humidity in my stand or the extra heat from the pc bulb, I may in the future build a LED light for an ATS but for now is cheato and GFO.

Great set up... That mystic grape is sweet would take a frag of that once they grow out some more. If u don't mind me asking is did u build that led if so how does a set up like that cost.

Yep i have about $500 into the fixture. It will soon be finished once the last two pieces of acrylic I am waiting on are done. Then the black acrylic will hide all the aluminum.

Thank you very much, I am almost done with the sump area I have cleaned up all the wires now that I have an apex.

It's a super reef octopus skimmer I believe.
