I've spent about $700.00 since march with PA and i've had nothing but the best of experiences.
UPS delayed the delivery of my skimmer and Jay called UPS which refunded the shipping (shipping was free on the EuroReef CS-80).
Jay was nice enuff to give me a 10.00 credit, which in turn caused me to place a ~$250.00 order tuesday night

Nothing but the best service and customer service from PA.
And yes, I agree - they should try and carry more items. There's some things I wanted to order but PA doesn't stock them.
Another thing that would make PA by far supreme would be if they did some sort of price matching. I ordered a salifery magnesium test kit from them.. it was $23.99 on their site and there's a few other places where it can be had for $14.99. It's always nice to save a few bucks in this expensive hobby but I figured i'd give PA my business and since they gave me a 10.00 discount, so it basically evened out to the cost of the other vendors.

Just a note on the price matching. We will price match any legitimate online price as long as the other e-tailer has the item in stock. The next time you find anything cheaper please let us know and we'll be more than happy to meet or beat that price for you!
