What is the best way to get yellow carpet anemone off the rock??

My carpet anemone happens to move to a spot where I don't want it to be. His feet sticks to the rock real well, and I'm afraid of hurting him. Is there a good way to get him off the rock?

Point a powerhead at him preferably at his foot. Take your time he'll move.

What type of carpet anemone is it?
If you're really afraid of hurting the anemone don't move it.
It sounds like it wants to be on the rocks!

It's a yellow carpet anemone. I notice that its foot is much more sticky than other types of anemone and is not easy to pull off the rock. I need to move him because he was disturbed by BTA at first, and then moved to the back of the tank where it is hard for me to feed.
