The Cycle is done and the critters are in!!!

My cycle completed 4 days ago, everything was at 0 except for nitrates @ 12, which I hear is fine.

Sunday I went over to Johns and bought 10 tiny hermits, and 10 misc snails Astrea and Turbo (I can't tell the difference).

Those hermits CHOWED down on all my alge!!!
I had tons of alge growing on the rocks form a bloom while cycling,
and after adding those little hermits they had it all GONE within hours!!
The snails totally cleaned up the glass too!
After the first few hours there were clean strips though the alge on the glass it was kinda funny. Now they have it all cleaned off.

Now my tank looks sparkling and awesome!!

Most of the hermits have taken to the live rock somewhere.. I usually can only see 4-5 of them at any one time.

Am I ready for like a cleaner shrimp and is there any where I can buy a snail to eat detrius off the substrate locally?

Wow, that's a lot of algae eaters for a nano. Once the algae is gone they are going to get hungry and you will probably want to move them to another tank so they don't starve. I keep one small Astraea in my 12g nano. I have to drop him a tiny piece of nori now and then. I have one little red-tipped hermit in there too. I'm building up a booming population of amphipods, copepods and mysis since there are no fish right now. (in QT)
I would wait on the shrimp, being a QT queen and all. John should also have nassarius snails. They are great for cleaning up leftover food and detritus. Tiny bristleworms are also great scavengers.
I think my nano is my favorite tank. Enjoy!
