It looks like an expensive Kill-A-Watt with some extra bells and whistles. Kind of cool though.

That's awesome!

Jeff, do you have any info that you can share on the Kill-A-Watt.

I wish there was a device that measures each circuit on your panel to tell you how much each circuit was costing you. Sometimes, my electric bill just doesn't make sense! If I could just pinpoint which circuit was using all that energy...

i have one and its great.... if you have a harbor freight around, thats where i got mine for same price...

I second the per-circuit one. They need to make an outlet with built in wireless capability to report energy usage, and an on/off toggle that can be controlled from your computer. Then I could just replace all my outlets. Also, they should cost $5 each.

Thanks Jeff! That's exactly what I'm looking for... now, only if they made the same unit, but hooked directly to each circuit. I'd be willing to spend $20 each circuit.

Sorry Jeff....i know it is oh so RIGHT :)

Sorry Dave....I can't believe I fogot after that lashing you gave me when I forgot the first time :(

thats pretty dangerous for a normal person, you got to open you electrical box and conect this in line with the circuit braker. you need becarful in that box. are these things just current transducers? if they are then there is a easier and way cheaper way of making one your self with a coil of copper wire and a volt meter.
