Looking great Scotty, now I see where my tank needs to be in about 35 days (date of your last photo dump)! It's interesting to see the differences in our tanks when we share many pieces of equipment, though our methodology is very different. You're aiming for ULNS and I'm aiming for MNS. I think it's pretty cool to watch your tank grow "along-side" mine. Though mine just started growing now - I'm 6 weeks behind you.

Hi Myka, sorry for the late reply but life's been extremely busy as of late. Unfortunately this tank is getting shut down just as quickly as it was setup Tammy and I are expecting our 4th child early January and 2 of our other children are just about to start a sport that will take up 4 nights a week, with all this plus running our business it's not going leave me time to maintain everything as well as I would like and it makes sense to just close it down. I love my tanks but my kids and family will always come first

It wasn't something I wanted to do but something I felt I had to do. There are a lot of FM tanks around and a lot better than mine

After reading your update in your other tank journal I was wondering how in the heck you would have time for two tanks - especially one being so new! I will certainly miss seeing updates for this tank since it is so close to mine - it was fun to compare progression.

Yes Mindy I did take the tank down in the end it's turned out to be the right decision with life being so hectic. 2 of my kids started playing basketball and that has taken up 4 nights a week so it really has left us with little time, I've even had to cut back on the sport I play which clashes with my youngest sons games but these are the things we do for our kids
