The making of an External Overflow

Im glad u all like it, Jason u where shaking cuz u wanted a beer.
Hef after u score the glass its easy to just follow ur line & the bit is good for how ever many more u can cut, most of the time they brake on me & thats it
Phly i did 2 passes on the scoring,once i broke through the water kept flowing on an angle ( i wont say the floor was?) the airline was the RO water line & water just kept flowing out ( nothing like pure di water to make ur cut )
it was a rotozip with a tile bit that they sell for the rotozip.
the silicone is stronger then we all think the glass box will brake before the ssilicone gives, u dont need any support.

Tank is full with test water
Overflow worked great
I need to make the acrylic teeth (waiting for the Acrylic to get here)

Tomarrow is the day to open the valve to the rest of the system
All the stuff from the 58gal will go into the 135gal
I made the teeth today
I have some pictures But I need Photoshop I sorta deleated my old picture software and cant load pictures.
