You could use a UVL 75/25 instead of the Aquasun if you like the overall color and just want it a little more subdued. You could swap the position with the Actinic too.

I am going to pick up a used 26Lx20Wx20H rimless tank, I am looking at getting a 6 bulb fixture for the tank and wanted to know what the most quietest fixture was?
I also want a fixture that will not be "spilling" the light everywhere but directing it into the tank as much as possible.

Cool, the color is decent but I wouldnt mind playing around with it a little. I was thinking of using an Aquablue Special in place of the Aquasun but the 75/25 looks pretty good. I've also been considering using a Fiji Purple bulb but I'm not sure where I would put that.

Ok I have a question for the pros once again. I have a Tx5 light on my 75 gallon tank. I have been using the following bulb setup for the past 3 weeks now.

Front
ATI 12k AquaBlue
UVL 75/25
ATI Blue PLus
GE 6k
ATI 12k AquaBlue
Back

Can I switch some of these out to make my tank more of a "Blue" tint without losing all of my par? I have all kinds of sps, lps, zoa's, and softies in my tank. Im mostly worried about my sps and lps?

This is kind of a crazy question but I need to know. I have 36 1/4 inches of space in my canopy. What is the true lenght of a 36" T5 bulb? If it is say 33" then I am ok. Just needed to know before I order anything. I could not find the answer on the web.

Sure, Put a Blue Plus in where the Aquablue is. If that isn't blue enough then put that Aquablue in where the GE lamp is, the Blue Plus and Aquablue both have more PAR.

The 36" lamps are like 33.5 or something like that. With waterproof endcaps they end up being like 35.4 inches long.

Well as promised I took some pictures and wanted to share my t5 combo on how it looks on the tank. Here are some shots taken this morning.

I just feel that this combo gives me a good true representation of what the corals look like. Good par and pop . Thanks much Mojo~

I'm new to t-5s, never ran them b4, was always a mh and vho guy.
one more question, well two more, sorry:
so with my set up, would it be sufficient for sps? cuss it seems dull to me compared to my mh set up from b4.
what bulb combo would you run if you had a 180g tank 80%+ sps and was using 5ft t-5s with ic660s running 9 bulbs?
I want good growth/color and nice looking tank aesthetically(14K-20Kish).
