Giovanni, while there may be no actual rules against it, it could prove annoying enough that Ecotech decides its not worth spending time in these forums giving everyone updates, etc. Then the torches and pitchforks show up at YOUR door. Its not against the rules, but it IS rather childish and pointless...isn't that enough?

IF it is true that the FCC is holding you up then you knew the release date was contingent on this approval and that information should have been told to us before you collected over $15,000.00 of our money. I say at the very lease this is VERY POOR business practice, IMO. I realize you are now offering a refund, but that does not make up for the hassle.

I think that refunds should be made and the list should stand as is.

I'll refund your money and take the spot. As will about 200 other people on here waiting to get these.

Ecotech is not forcing anyone to buy their products. They're actually doing us all a favor by posting the long awaited release date, taking pre-orders (common with many new technologies, video games/systems, etc), and keeping us updated here (not required). Delays happen. Deal with it, or get your refund and get out of line.

Any cry babies looking to bail: I'll buy your spot(s)/controller(s), for your cost + $75.00 per unit - due to the "inconvenience".

Man, I am just as disappointed about the delay as the next guy, but man this forum is freakin nuts now. LOL I am glad to not be working at Ecotech right now. I am just glad we are past the "you will see next spring, next June, end of July, sometime in August phase and that we know there is a WWD just waiting to be shipped.

If we are getting wine now I would like mine red, preferably a Pinot Noir. I'll pass on the cheese.
