This a flatworm?

So I go home for lunch today and turn my fuge light on. On the glass I see quite a few of these dudes (they're about 1/8" long):

I did a search for flatworm, but most of them didn't look like this. Is this a certain type of flatworm? These bad? If so, what's the best solution?

Yes they are flatworms, I don't know what the name of these type are, but I have seen them on the glass mostly when cycling a new tank. They appear to be completely harmless and tend to disappear as the tank matures.

I've had them as well. Don't remember the name but they did turn out to be harmless.

I had a few, and got them out by hand. I did some research and if they proliferate, and their number gets large enough, they can contaminate your tank when they die and release toxins. Best way to reduce their numbers is to siphon them out when you do your water change.
