2 glass cardinal
1 swallow tail angel
1 coral beauty angel
1 tang yellow
1 copperband butterfly
2 chromis
1 spotted mandarin
4 clown gobies green
2 tailspoted blennies
other:
2 cleaner shrimp
1 red shrimp
1 sexy shrimp
2 conchs
hermites and snails

The only thing I can tell you is that you rarely see this fish available. I've only seen it in a few tanks here on RC and only 2 or 3 times in local LFS. From what you can read, they seem like well manered tangs (Is there such a thing?) that don't grow too large. I think they are very attractive and as long as your YT will accept it it might work for you. Maybe someone else can correct me if I am off base here, but I think they are collected in deep water, and that may be why we don't see too many of these available, and may make them poor shippers and difficult to acclimate.

Here's a link.

I can tell you I have a tenneti in a 75 (Tang police, the 75 is temporary) with a YT and they are quite a pair. Tenneti are much more frequently available and pretty mellow (for tangs), they do grow quickly though but aren't huge. In a 150, perhaps a bristtle tooth like a tomini or chevron would be a good choice?

thanks!
the chevron is really nice!

people also talk about the chocolate tang... anyone has one?

the chevron is really nice!

as a juvi that is make sure you look at pics of the adult before you get one..some people still like the adult coloration but each his own i guess because i personaly think it is prety drab in adult coloration

and the chocolate? anyone has one in there tank?

Had one, Lost it during my upgrade. Great fish.had it in a 135 gallon mixed reef along with a sailfin. they got along fine. I have an adult Chevron now. the fish is a great cleaner, but loses it's "WoW" factor as it gets larger.

Both where peaceful with their tankmates
the Chevron is in a 265 with a yellow and a black. hangs with the black most of the day.And as far as them being ugly as adults ..... Not the most stunning fish ,sure... Ugly , I don't think so.
The Mimic was in a 135 with a sailfin .. stayed away from each other until feeding time. They diddn't fight , just didn't swim together.

It's been my experience that the Chevron is a more active feeder / grazer so would need a larger tank to be happy then the Mimic. Ether should be fine though in a 150. hope this helps Ray

so...
DH really like the lieutenant...
I like the chocolate...

anyone have comments or experiences for those 2:
goldrim
yellow eye kole

This is my tenneti. Very mellow for a tang!

I like the chevron and think the olive pin stripes of the adults are pretty cool compared to the drab solid colors of some other adult tangs.
