Does anyone know where I could buy one and how much they cost. I also need to know tank requirements and what they eat. Also can they live with a long spine sea urchin

Do you have a scientific name? That would help a lot. Most seahorses eat mysis shrimp, and can't be kept with long spine sea urchins. They really need a species tank dedicated to them. Do some research.

Hippocampus histrix is unavailable.

Most seahorses need tanks at least 29 gallons for a pair, temperatures at 70-74 degrees or lower depending on species.

True captive bred seahorses will eat frozen mysis shrimp. Wild caught seahorses will need live shrimp (not brine), though you may eventually be able to train them to froxen foods.
