Thought I would share a picture of my mantis.

I dont know what kind he is. I am going to try to take some body pictures but this was the pose he gave me

Maybe you guys can identify him

This is a fairly rare species, Gonodactylaceus ternatensis. I have collected them in Thailand and Australia and have seen a few come in from Bali. This individual is a male. If it had orange/yellow antennal scales, it would be a female.

As another CO resident (Boulder, actually) I'm curious as to where you got the mantis. I'm still searching for some leads on getting them.
