Thoughts on Ballasts...........

I have a the outer orbit fixture 2x 250 watt HQI with 4x 54watt t5. My ballasts are stock magnetic ballasts. Could I get better electronic ballasts and if so whats really good and what makes the differance?? If they are all 250 watt, whats the differance between them?

IME, electronic ballasts run cooler, quieter, last longer and run more efficiently.
