I do not use one on my turbofloter but my aquc needs one (does not pull air).

I have a 75 and run 17 mv. The 100mg is more then enough. Really you will never fun that much. You want small but steady mv injection.

Make sure you guys take the time to read Randy's Ozone Article - a must-read for anyone using or researching the use of O3.
IME, I've found that my milwaukee probe/controller gets dirty pretty quickly and that drives up the ORP reading. I usually toothbrush clean the probe every 2-3 days. When I do this, the ORP immediately drops by about 30mv.

Here's my observation. When i first got my 100Mg Redsea unit, i started running 25mg, 50mg, and on rare occasion 75mg. This was to try and boost the ORP in the tank. I was originally injecting it via a T into my euroreef CS6-1. My skimmate production went way down. So i wanted to try something different.
I removed the T and put the unit direct to the skimmer. However, i added another airline to add more air to the mix. Now the skimmer will always get the necessary air and when the ozone kicks in it will be injected direct while also adding more air. I also tuned it down to about 15mg/hr. I have noticed an improvement in my skimmate again. This is the way i am going to leave mine as this seems to work for my tank. I was probably adding way too much ozone as my tank is only a 75gal. Just my observations.
