Tile floor not quite level, setting up a big tank

So as the title says, I'm setting up a 165 gallon I just picked up off craigslist. My issue is that the tile in the room it's going to isn't exactly even over the whole 6 feet. There are a couple spots here and there that are a tad higher than the rest, not to mention the grout lines.

I've been looking for something to absorb these irregularities in the flooring and was wondering if anyone had suggestions. I've been looking at cork, rubber, rugs, etc. Cork is my favorite of the ideas since it's light and water resistant. I haven't done this size before and was hoping you all might have some experience. FWIW, the tank is going to be freshwater (blasphemy!), so the normal salt creep issues are not present here.

I like the cork idea I'm sure lowes or hd will have it in long sections

Personally, I would use shims to support your frame wherever it does not touch the floor. That will enable you to ensure the tank is perfectly level, reducing stress on the glass, and also prevent sagging/uneven weight distribution across the entire stand, which could also stress the glass.

I use the white R-Tech styrofoam ceiling insulation from Home Depot using 3/4" thickness

High density rubber exercise matt might work.

The Styrofoam will be good on top of the stand so the tank will be placed on it but I believe your talking about the floor. I would use plastic shims under the stand legs. FRP board is 1/8" & it will not crush or rot if it gets wet.
