I just put 3 peppermint shrimp in to eat a few (3 that I could find) little aptasia. Well, I made a newbie mistake and put a RBTA in the tank and at least one of the shrimp has a liking for him. he did some damage to the side of the anemone. to the RBTAs credit, he did a good job fighting back, none the less, this doesn't make me happy.
i have been "starving" them so that they would focus on the couple spots since there are only 3 in the 120.
Now I cant get them out - they make catching a kids game in comparison.
any suggestions?
(bite is to other side of the RBTA) - pic taken after very gently 3 hour acclimation and some time in the tank. You can see the enemy in the back
