Hi Dr Foster, I just wanted to take a moment to comment on how much I appreciate the service and help I have been given over the last few weeks with regards to my last few orders. I have been a customer for some time now and I always enjoy praising your store within other individual’s threads that I just wanted to take a moment to start my own. I was particularly motivated to want to start this thread after reading the comments in the "Worst experience in my life" thread. I was especially appalled to learn that your manager Jaimie was treated rudely. I just want to take a moment to say that say that she was very helpful to me when there was some confusion regarding my order and she was very nice and explained things in a very professional manner, for which I am grateful for.
Being in college I don’t have an overt amount of money to allocate on the aquarium hobby as perhaps others may, but as a result of this I must choose wisely the places where I may ascertain the limited amount of goods I wish to purchase. Live Aquaria and DRSFOSTERANDSMITH has therefore been a company I can trust and count on for great help and service. Even when orders may not work out as planned, due to unforeseen expiration of specimens your company has been steadfast and true to upholding its guarantee. I am glad to see that such a talented and caring group of individuals are part of a hobby that is very dear to me.
