That really is the question. I love this fish but I don't what to have problems. I've read a lot on them and am still not swayed too much either way.

My tank-20 long w/ 20 long sump

Fish-
Pair of clowns
Tiger goby
Neon goby
Rainsford goby

Inverts-
Large fire/blood red shrimp 2"+

I really want one but I'm worried about compatiblity. So I thought id ask for feed bad from my fellow hobbyists!

My second choice is a Cryptic/pink wrasse

I've got one and love him. It's my favorite fish, always active, friendly, great colors. Mine is a model citizen and doesn't bother any other fish, corals, crabs, or shrimp. I may be in the minority, as I've read some stories of them being bullies.

I had a sixline once that was a total pain in the *** but he was so cool to watch. The mysytery seems like it might be the same but there is no telling by watching it at the store. The one I'm looking at is about a 1" by the way.

I think you are asking for trouble putting one in a 20l, Liveaquaria.com recommends a 50g minimum tank size

They get too big for a 20g. Tons of flasher wrasses would do well, as well as the cryptic you mentioned.

i have one who has been great, i have him in a 220ltr which i feel is to small for him so going to move him to my 400ltr when its finished. There is a chance he may eat the other small fish two as i added a priolepis nocturnus into may tank 6 months ago and have only seem him twice, but this is a cave dwelling goby so he might just be hiding from me or the mystery wrasse could of eaten him.

thanks for the info guys! got the cryptic lastnight just waiting for him to start comming out. hes hiding really good right now but i know they are like that my sixline hid for almost a week.
