Not really in a 10g...any host anemones get far too large for a 10g tank.

And so will your tomato clown, btw.

The only anemone I can think of that will do fine in a 10 gallon is maybe a waratah or a majano..nothing else. BTA's will grow to 12 inches and thats the anemone a tomato clown prefers. I would not put a BTA in a 10 gallon. I don't think anything will host a waratah or a majano. Majano's are pests ..pretty looking, but still a pest. Some people say they will take over your tank fast and others say it is slow. They are great for nano tanks if thats the only thing you want in your tank.

yea i thought it would be somewhat difficult to pin point one that would do good only because of my limitations with the tank size. well thanks for the info guys!

well i just came up with a solution to this. i have a 29 gallon tank that im currently cycleing with a coralife double row 2x65 watt fixture. there will be 20-25 lbs. of base rock and 10-15lbs. of live rock. would an anemone do ok in there?
