So i got a midas blenny today after i acclimated it i wasnt thinking and dumped it in my tank right next to my tomato clown hosting in its LTA and right away my clown attacked the blenny biting its tail the blenny just swam away uninjured. Are clowns pretty aggresive around there nems

Next time introduce the new fish after lights are off and away from the clown.

But, are they getting along now?

No i had to take the clowns out my female would not leave the blenny alone everytime the blenny tried to swim around the clown would attack it so now their in my 20

That sucks, but tomatoes and marroons I have heard are the worst of the common clowns. Once the blenny has been in there for a little while try introducing the tomatoes back in there at night it may work.

Thats what i was thinking or i might just get a better light for the tank their in and put the favorite corals in with them

But with no clowns my blenny is all out and about today swimming around. My bi color angel was doing some tail slapping to the blenny but it stopped guess he was hazing him cause him being the new guy and all. But the midas sure does love mysis
