It was great to meet all of you and put faces with names. Ricky and I both really enjoyed it. Paul is a awesome speaker and very knowledged and I can see that now after meeting him and hearing him do his presentation. Thanks Paul for a very informative night. Can't wait till next months meeting :lmao:

I agree. It was an awsome meeting and I really enjoyed it. I'm now trying to figure out who is who with the forum name and faces i saw last night. Paul was great and the topic was just what I needed to hear about. I cant wait until the next meeting as well:)

Figured out?

Figured out?

Falon, have you figured out that the Tall, Dark, Good-looking, Smart guy is NOT ME??!!:lmao::lmao:. It was nice meeting you and Eric and Stacy and Rick and their guest from Muskogee. I've only been a COMAS member a couple of years now, but the Meetings get Better and Better. Thanks Paul W.....

In the COMAS tank, they can be opening while I'm dipping or not open for a week. Of the ones I picked up from returns last night, some are wide open, some partial.

It can depend on amount of flow--
most polyps open more with moderate, not high flow
It can depend on lighting---
It may depend on how many hermit crabs/snails rolled across the frag checkin out the new guy---

Things outside your control--

If the frag was fresh cut and just glued up they'll be really upset awhile,
How long the frag was in a bag and what temp etc....,
any of the buggers or pests Paul mentioned las night

It's a rule in my tank,
the hermit crabs are going to check out all new frags for possible goodies,
the Yellow Coris is going to bang into it a few times looking for his share, and they are liable to be moved once or twice depending who their neighbor is from loading them up in the dark last night

But mostly what laurem said..

It's pretty normal

It was Just little ol' me who was going to check your water for you. My name is Jamie btw. It was good to meet ya and put a face to the name. :-)
