And his third email:

"Btw, you are harrasing my buyers and my business. I filed a complaint against you. I called ebay and personally filed a case against you and your business.

If you will keep harassing me I will file a suit against you by copyright law and some other legal issues."

I haven't responded to this guy at all, yet he continues to send me emails. Who is harassing who? He threatens me with lawsuit on copyright infringement? What???

LOL, what a moron. I sure hope no one does business with that guy. I'd post this in his local forum as well so that the locals know what they're dealing with as well as the feedback forum. Make sure you download his pic before ebay deletes it.

LOL. Just invert the pic back, put em up side by side. They are exact. Even the superimposed frag is horrible. AND he photoshopped the coral to look more blue, funny if you read his comment about photoshopped corals.

You should also contact ebay. They can revoke his membership. Make sure to include his friendly emails.

Anyway - what a thread hijack - sorry. Now I gotta frag up my Tubs and use Erin's picture to make some money to buy the other zoas in this thread. ;-)

I'm flattered that anyone would think my collection was that worthy Unfortunately Jcigars has pretty much moved on to other coral addictions and doesn't have that many zoas....I'd have this list:

I must say yall have some beautiful zoa's, unfortunatly for me most of which are waaay out of my budget. BTW i would for sure report that guy to ebay because if he thinks nothing of stealing a picture then its an easy jump to stealing cars, houses, airplanes, etc. No telling what that guy is capable of.
