Torch with brown spots

Well the title pretty much says it all. I noticed this a month or so ago and thought it was algae growing on the tentacles, however since its still there and I was unable to blow it off I dont know what to think.
Read about brown jelly, not sure if this is it or not though.

Should I dip in leugolds?

Sorry about the unclear picture.

It does look like flatworms to me, but Ill let you all judge as well.

If it is, dipping in leugolds would be the solution no?

Upon further inspection i poked around with tweezers at my torch and noticed the brown spots would crawl away.
Im now fairly certain they are in fact flatworms.

I have a frogspawn and hammer coral in the tank that show no sign of flatworms.
Im wondering what my next step should be.

I dipped with Tropic Marin pro coral cure on a few hammers with flatworms...........follow the directions.

Some peoploe use Revive also.
