torn pedal?

I came home from work today and found this...

Is this something I need to be concerned about? It moved on me and I think it's torn itself somehow. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Is he a lot smaller than he was before?
What kind of anemone is that? Look sorta like a Magnifica but I cannot be sure.

If both of the above is true, then look for the other piece. he may have divided.
There is not a lot you can do about it. Just give him good water and light and hope for the best

No Orion, She's a Heteractus Crispa. I keep my water spot on, 12 percent bi-weekly water changes, 1.024 salinity, 0's across the board on ammonia, nitrite and nitrate(can't say enough about my Reef Octopus skimmer). She's in the middle top of my tank running 150 watt metal halides right now, looking to upgrade to either 250 watts or 165 watt led system i'm hoping to get...

I can't say for 100% sure, but for a H. Crispa, that doesn't look survivable.
