Levamisole came in yesterday. I had ordered 30 grams, and although the packaging and product looked professional, there wasn't a single marking to identify the weight.
So I pulled out the scale and weighted it since I have no clue what 30 grams looks like. Happy to report that it weighted in at 33 grams (includes packaging) so if you're in doubt, just know at least it was correct for me.
Not to bore you with details but I found from trial and error that the instructions here, did not work since the solution was too weak.
Instead of 1/2 TSP I put 1 full TSP into 240ml (8oz) of water. Dose 1 ml for each gallon of water. So my advice, is if you order from the link two posts up, you'll have to double the amount for it to be effective.
Took a normal TSP put it into the envelop of 30 grams and pushed it against the sides of the package while removing the spoon at an angle. Here is what a TSP full looks like. I had weighted the spoon empty (4.5 grams) and full as from the picture (8.5 grams) so there is nothing scientific about this, but know a TSP is about 4 grams. This may help you when deciding how much to order.
I mixed that into 8 oz (= 1 cup, 240ml, 1/4 liter) of RO/DI water.
I have a 72 gallon display, 40 gal sump, and 40 gallon frag tank so after the rocks and coral it's about 120 gal of 150 total gal.
I dosed 120 ml (1/2 cup total) into my display and frag sections.
flat worms reacted but after 15 min still saw some moving fast (for worms) on the glass so put another 30 ml. I don't know if that extra was needed, because after about an hour, I couldn't find any - anywhere. Before and during the dose - none were observed in my frag tank, and there wasn't nearly as many as I had seen in video's or other posts in my display. I think I caught this early since several hundred total is what I estimate. I tried to catch the dead ones with a net, but the fine white net I have was still to big as most passed right through.
Snails, 3 anemones, and LPS corals were none to happy (retracted) but shrimp and SPS didn't look phased at all. After one hour, I turned skimmer and carbon back on, and did a 35 gal water change. By the time the lights went out, everything looked more or less normal.
I plan to do a bit more research to find out how many and frequency to ensure I get any during the cycle, but my plan now is to dose weekly for the next 3 weeks to ensure I get them all this time, once and for all.

Bottom line is the product works, and is available as from the last few pages of this thread, that is one of the major issues - availability and where to get a product.
Good Luck everyone.
