Treating black ich the same as white spot ich??

I picked up a powder blue tang this past Saturday and have him going through TTM with a Scooter Blenny. Last night I transferred both to QT#2 (was 54 hours from the time they went into Tank #1, but today I noticed a black powdery substance on the tang. Is treatment the same as white spot disease ( the ich that is most commonly referred here)? He is swimming and eating fine. Just keep going through TTM or should I do something else? Thanks in advance for any help.

Typing helps me think things out so black ich is treated with Prazipro if everything I have read is correct. Will prepare transfer QT tank 1 today and treat with PP.
