I like the way they say he should eat in sanitary places......this is a third world country they are talking about.They discovered tape worms in Salmon coming from Japan...be careful of what is lurking in that Sushi.

Actually intestinal worms are used as a weight loss method in some countries. I had a coworker who said they would consume a baby tapeworm (or eggs, I don't remember which) and after desired amount was lost, they would deworm themselves.
