Using Cipro first, I rarely ever have anything respond to Septra if the Cipro tx was ineffective.
Cipro is the "big gun" with very broad gram negative coverage, and I personally feel much better using it as a "last resort" instead of the first line of defense.
Here's some 24 hour photos of Septra working amazingly. This is one of the frags, but both are in tx now because one infected the other. Only had those to mags in DT.
