I would like to see you stop using it actually. Wait to see if the anemone comes back to normal, then dose again to see if you can replicate the effects.

I have seen a very small experiment on the effect of VC on soft coral frags, and I wonder if anybody has some real cause and effect results on VC additions?

The problem I see with the anemone is caused by it's naturally expelling wastes & water. It will come back on it's own. When it does, after discontinuing the VC, you will blame the VC. Like I said, I have anemones & have dosed fairly high with no adverse effects to them, my softies, LPS or SPS. Only good things have happened in my tank as a result of dosing VC.

Yea I have a RBTA and I haven't had any bad effects either.. Everything in my tank is doing great. My feather duster is even coming back already from it's bad worm experience.. I sprinkle my C in the sump where he is and he grabs some when i put it in and he's growing feathers like crazy! haha I need to take more pics soon and post them from begining to now..

Thats the reason he is going to dose with VC again if the anemone turns back to normal.
While you, or many might not have had any ill effects it doesn't mean that no one will. Different animals react different ways to different stimuli. While one person says 'ouch" to a bee sting, another suffocates and dies while a third never notices anything.
I fully support anyone that has issues around the same time as VC to stop dosing, let the problem correct itself, then start up again to see if they can reproduce the ill effects. The same can be said about positive effects. Its a bit of a scientific process, and thats what we need.
I've been very clear in my posts that don't yet blame the VC nor would I without reproducible evidence. Please do not put words in my mouth.
That said,
After 2 days since the last VC dose and 24 hrs on carbon my RBTA looks worse which leads me to believe that I may have some other issue going on and the timing of the VC dosing may have been a coincidence. Additionally, I noticed my orange Montipora digita is bleaching
. I have not read of anyone else having issues with SPS during their VC dosing so this is just further evidence that the VC may not be my problem.Unfortunately, this leaves me the question of what is going wrong but this is not the thread to find the answer. If everything recovers I may try VC again in the future.

I have been dosing the VC for about a month. I just wanted to post two pictures of the same SPS coral I have had since starting VC. I had changed my lighting right around the time I had started dosing VC from 250w 12k Reeflux DE Metal Halide to an 8 bulb T5 Tek Light. I am not sure what effect the VC or the Light switch had on the coral. But the transformation is dramatic.

These have colored up spectacular! Again, lights or VC is up to interpretation? I have also noticed a decent increase in polyps with this piece and my evil mels.

It all depends on what brand you have. You need to look at the bottle you have. It will tell you on that.
