Tri-Cities Reef Club?

I work as a loss prevention auditor at the office max distrobution center in Birmingham. We will be moving in late july and I will be looking for a job around december possibly the first of the year.

I am so excited about this reef club, reefing is my life, and I'm so happy that other people are as excited as I am.

I'm about to paint my fish room, anyone have any color ideas?!?!?!

Why didn't someone tell me the race is on the weekend of March 24th? I live in Piney Flats, which is where the meeting is going to be, is everyone still ok with the date, and a time of maybe 7:00pm?

I submitted the email addresses for the forum, and I hope to hear back from Agu in a few days. Cross your fingers!

If you have friends in the hobby, please bring them! Even if they are people who are just thinking of setting up a system. You don't have to be a reef keeper, you can be a FOWLR person! We want all races, all sex's, all ages (with your parents permission of course!!!)

So far we have a few Doctor's coming, one of which has an amazing SPS system, and is willing to speak at a meeting.

Why not go for the 31st? I would have a heck of a time trying to get there with race traffic. It would make it alot easier on everyone.
 
Yea I would definatly move it away from race weekend if possible. Would make things alot less stressful especially for our first meeting.
 
I thought so! Aren't ya' glad I'm smart, sometimes?! Kenneth, I just ordered one of those powerheads! I can't wait to get it in. OK, the 31st it is, that way I have more time to get my stuff back up and going. I'm moving next weekend! I can't wait. I hope that dang house is finished!

Is that all you ever think about is food?!!! How about we do something like Kentucky Fried Chicken?! It's easy, cheap, almost everyone likes chicken...we can all chip in, and there's a KFC right around the corner from my house.

Now, if you don't like chicken, it's all good, we can do Taco Bell stuff, or maybe if weather is good, maybe we can grill out. There are some options, I'm open to suggestions from other potential club members....

Sounds good to me. Food is always an important part of any gathering. Call me, and let me know when we are moving the tank!
