ok so im running a kessel a350w on a 12 inch deep tank, so I would think enough light, well what else can I do to better to improve ive done book research, but the best advice comes from people who have done it.
Thank you.

no specific problems, i just want to be able to do the best possible for the acro's.

any particular reason to sell the kessil, is there better, in led of course. I can say not being able to have it at 100% because it will fry half my tank sucks but is there a better option for sps.

I have no idea why Ssteve wants you to sell the Kessil unless he wants to buy it at great discount! :)

I've seen some great SPS tanks lit with Kessil. Like any light you have to make sure you aren't putting corals where the light doesn't cover and where you aren't cooking it with too much light.

I have found SPS's especially acros do much better at alk closer to 7 than 8. I was running about 8 for the longest time and on Grant's reccomendation I dropped it to 7 and it really helped. I've also discovered if you run a CA Reactor when you change the media test frequently to make sure the ALK/CA are balanced and where your ALK/Ca was before changing. My experience is you can really loose color fast if the ALk/CA change too much after changing the arogonite. Some SPS's are very delicate and go from beautiful to browned out very easlily and coloring back up takes months.

Yes it has happened to me more than once!
