Triggers can't go 4ft. tanks?

Just a quick question. There is no trigger suitable for 4ft. tank. Is this statement correct? I know the bigger tank the better, but how many out there have a trigger(species please) in 4 foot tanks? Thanks in advance.

Several triggers only require tanks up to 70 gallons, what type of trigger are you looking at getting? What size is the tank you have now?

I had a niger trigger in my 75.(I took a break from the hobbie). He was only about 4'' long and got along great with the other fish.I am looking for another one for my 240.

I'm really deciding what to do with my tank. It's a 75 and presently has a chocolate tang, 2 false percs and 2 yellow tail blues. Tank is set up now for about 3 months. About 75lbs. of coraline encrusted LR. Some green coraline on the back glass and sides. Tank parameters were checked today and seems right on the money:

Sg 1.025
Cal 420ppm
Alk 10-179ppm? I think that's right.
ph 8.2 Tank is crystal and I'm also running a HOB fuge full of pods and chaeto.

Just don't know what I'm going with yet? Love triggers and corals(which I have never attempted) So have alot of decision making to do. Any suggestions? LOL

I have a PinkTail (5"), Blue Jaw (4"), and clown (2") in a 4'x3' FOWLR for now. Doing well without issue but I'll eventually upgrade to at least and 8'x'3 in the future when they get bigger.

I think if they are small you can do it for a year or two then upgrade or trade/find a better place for the fish. As in keeping it in a 4' tank forever I don't think there really is any suitable trigger.
