Trip to Waikiki aquarium Feb 08

I wanted to share some bad pics from our family trip to the waikiki aquarium this past Feb. This by far was the best aquarium ive been too. The majority of the tanks are all NSW that is constantly moving in and out of the systems directly from the ocean.

We spent a total of 9 days on Oahu. I did 5 days of diving while there. I saw tones of Kole tangs, yellow tangs, Pinktail Triggers, Morish Idols, Henochis Butterflys, Black triggers, potter angels, sea turtles, white tip reef sharks, and tons of other marine life. It was a great trip!

Its hard to tell by the pictures but all these tanks and animals are huge.

Its amazing isn't it? I just got back from Oahu also. I must admit that going to the aquarium was one of the best parts. Hard to beat it when it is only $12 to get in. I didn't get to scuba but did do a fair share of spear fishing on the North Shore and also on Kauai. Nice pics by the way.

Awesome! If I remember right that Gigas clam is the largest in captivity. I would love to go there.
