Hey Roger,
I've got a quasi emergency. I have a 400 gallon system that evaps 5 gallons per day. I am leaving for a trip this Wed evening and REALLY need the osmolator.
The pump is shutting down. The redlight was blinking telling me that the water level was too low. The unit was unplugged and plugged back in and the light changed to a solid orange.
Checking the pump it doesn't move. I rechecked the connections and spun the little propeller. THe pump will then move slowly without pumping any water out of the hose. I have never used any additives or calcium hydroxide to clog up the pump, only RO. I haven't had the unit for a year now. I contacted Jimmy Walls at BFA's. What are my options? Can I possible get a pump that quick. Can I purchase an extra one incase this happens again?
Thanks,
Ryan Reeves
