Troy's 270 Gallon plus Fishroom

Chevron tang is golden! He will be a great addition to your reef. The flame angel is questionable. One of my buddies in Springville has a flame angel in his very mature mixed reef and he is just fine. We can go see him sometime if you like his name is Jared L. The copperband is a great addition to help fend off the aptasia. I added one to my tank and I will pay you money if you can find an aptasia in my display these days. I don't have any feather dusters so those could be an issue... Mine only eats frozen brine, mysis and aptasia daily! If you decide against the copperband I will purchase him from you in a heartbeat. This is my humble experience with your new additions...here is my copperband on patrol in the display tank:

Unfortunately the coral band didn't make it. He looked ok last night, but was dead this am. I feel bad, probably shouldn't have tried with him I guess. Just couldn't get him to eat even though he was eating at the LFS.

How do you like your Barracuda/Hammerhead pump?

Think it would be too much for my planned setup?? A 217 gallon (58 x 36 x 24)? Im thinking of doing a manifold like yours (but with 4) it would have 2 returns (1 1/2" each) to the display tank and a carbon reactor, and a spare; all with gate valves.

I was told the hammerhead would be too much flow so I out in the barracuda impeller. I wish I had not done so! I do not have too much flow. I think you will be okay.

That's lot of anemones. And that birdsnest has some crazy growth.

I was only going to get one... to join the one I had, but this tank was so amazing and these were the coolest looking Rose Anemones I've ever seen I just couldn't help myself. Unfortunately (as expected) three of them have moved from where I wanted them, but so far I'm okay with where they seem to be settling.
