true perc with swollen lips

This morning the lips of my female true perc got
swollen so bad that it canno close its month.
The face from the nostil down to the lips are all swollen.
Anyone ever has just an experience with their fish?
Please advise.

Has she been cleaning the glass or rocks? She might just be trying to get an area clean for her nest, this will sometimes cause the mouth to swell and turn a white color after nipping at the rock for some time.
