Looks Occelaris to me.

Also, looking at eye rings are not a "great" way to tell perc from Occ in "pictures" Flash on a camera or even the light settings can distort the eye color. Think red eye with people.

Yeah thats why I said if it comes down to that being the only way to ID them you have to do it in person.
