Trying again... 70g Oceanic Tank/Stand/Light/Pump/Sump package for sale *Cheap*

I need this tank gone, so I'm willing to accept $500 for the entire package. It includes the following:

70g oceanic tech tank
custom maple stand
24" geisemann light w/ brand new icecap electronic ballast. 1-250w DE MH, and 2 24w T-5 actinics.
Sump
Panworld 50PX-X return pump

Here's a few pictures of it. It has been emptied, but not cleaned.

Would like to get it out of the house this weekend if possible.
