TS 24 Kit

I have a 150 main tank and from what i understand reading a few of the the tunze forum questions that the TS 24 kit is recomended for my tank. In your oppinion is this going to be a way overkill and how will the current be with a tank full of lr, will if flow behind the rock if it's spaced properly. I know each tank is different but I also want to get the right set up as well.
My lfs has tracked down 2 6100's and a 7095 controller for me today by blind luck and priced right as well. I went ahead and ordered it hoping it's right ,then i find this forum, go figure, Someone please give me some advice.
On a totally seperate note i am looking to upgrade to a 400-500 gallon tank in the next year as well so an upgradable system like this is awesome from what i can tell.

Is this a 6ft or 5ft 150? Do you have fine sand and what are you keeping?

6 foot with fairly fine sand, it's not like powder, about like sugar grains or a little bigger. and I really dont have many corals right now, a colt and some candy cane corals. Mainly interested in the hard corals. As is sits right now their is only about a 4-5 inch valley of flat bottom in front of the lr to the glass, I have 300 pounds plus of lr in it right now as well.

I think 2 6000 is better for this set up than 2 6100.
