TS24 and Osmolator - What is taking so long?

I ordered a TS24 and Osmolator on 2/6 and they claim they are waiting for them to come in. What is taking so long for the order to be filled? A month and a half later and they are still telling me they expect to have them in a few weeks. (FWIW, they=Marine Depot)

Is there another place I can find these in stock?

If you change where you order now you will only add 6 weeks. We got really behind but they are coming in now and I would bet your order will be filled next week.

The Osmolators may take another week- I hope to get a shipment of them this week. Tunze works very differently from large manufacturers and one skilled person makes each product. The lady who makes the Osmolators got sick and they kept waiting for her to return to work. To add to this in the socialized system in Germany you cannot fire people so an employee is a lifelong obligation so hiring someone is done very cautiously. The lady is back and a new assembly person is now on Osmolator production. In the case of the Streams Germany has a very long Christmas Holiday and as a result no products were assembled and they got very far behind as orders continued to be faxed in, only now are we really getting caught up but I have recieved several Streams over the past couple weeks and that is starting to move. I haven't had but a handful of Osmolators since the year began and they said I should get a good quantity this week.

I ordered TS48 02/21 from Premium Aquatics and it was shipped 03/23. I was told at the time that I was 3rd on the list.
