TTM for ich - 18 gallon totes.

I have a flame angel (2.5" long), two yellow tangs (2" long and 1.5" long), a small clownfish (1.25" long), and a coral beauty (2" long) that have ich.

Will an 18 gallon tote be big enough? Will have PVC elbows as hiding places.
