I know no one has posted I'm years but I'd like to restart this thread photos are hard to get with my phone but it is dark purple with green spots on it's tentacles

I bot one yesterday and buried it's foot it in the sand. It worked it's way out I thought it was going to move. Went to bed and it was still the same spot this morning. do they move much? Will it probably bury itself again in the sand?

They do not move like a regular anemone. They will stay where you put them unless the water quality is so bad they shed their tube. But that’s water that even fish can’t survive in. Put it where you want and enjoy.
