Tube anemones

Hi,

will cerianthus (bad spelling) eat fish? I was told whilst staring into a tank of them for sale that they won't by the shop owner. I didn't buy one because I doubted that this was true as they are non photosynthetic, and not true anemones. Was I correct? The ones in the tank were beautiful so if I was wrong i'll be gutted

But anyway will they eat everything? Am I correct in saying they will?
